What if we add workstations during the year?
Move up to the next tier any time — email us and we’ll arrange it. Your new key arrives by email and is pasted on the hub PC.
Can we cancel automatic renewal?
Yes, any time before the renewal date, by emailing us. Your license keeps working until the end of the year you’ve paid for.
What happens if a license runs out?
Reminders start 60 days ahead, then there are 14 days’ grace. After that, notes can still be read and alarms still ring — only sending new notes pauses until you renew.
